Return and Exchange Policy FAQ
MLPB does not offer refunds on retail purchases and orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. If an item is brand new, never used and has all of its original packaging, it can be exchanged for store credit but we will not issue a cash refund.
If you receive a product that is defective, it will be replaced under warranty. Warranty coverage must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
If you receive a package that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can start an investigation. Do not throw away any of the packaging or contents since the shipping company will need them for inspection.
If you need to edit or cancel an order before it has shipped, please reach out to our Customer Service Team ASAP by sending an e-mail to merch@majorleaguepb.com. We will try our best to pull the order before it is shipped but we cannot guarantee that we catch it in time. If an order does need to be canceled before it is shipped, we will have to impose a 4% cancellation fee. Regardless if the order is canceled or not, we are still liable for the payment processing fees from the credit card company, PayPal, Affirm, etc and must pass that fee along.
The item I received was damaged in transit!
Any damage claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date so we can conduct an investigation. Do not throw away any of the packaging or contents since the shipping company will need them for inspection.
Can the items be exchanged?
Yes. You can send your item back using the return link provided. Once we receive and inspect the item we will issue a gift card for the cost of the item (less the shipping fee) so you can place an order for the correct item.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to store credit (gift card)
MLPB does not offer cash refunds. Store credit is the only option available.
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my Store Credit ?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
